The Clubhouse is a first class destination.
We can assure you, there’s no other destination like it in Diani – or possibly anywhere on the East African coast.
Nothing has been spared in our quest to make your visit a truly exceptional experience. Seek asylum amid the palm fringed beaches of one of Africa’s top beaches, Diani Beach. Receive the personable service you’d expect from any top-tier club anywhere else in the world. And revel in a professional guided ocean fishing adventure that goes far beyond your expectations.
We recommended our Clubhouse for fishermen looking for unparalleled service, a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Our clubs facilities include a magnificent bar made to represent the rear deck of a sports fishing boat, complemented with a modern lounge, with high ceilings to allow for a cool and relaxed environment inside the main club house building. Our dining area and covered deck downstairs stairs offers a small but tasty seafood menu complementing sustainably sourced local seafood.
Upstairs the “Tight Lines” Bar, which is above the main downstairs, Hook and Line and Sinker Seafood Restaurant. Our lounge area opens up to the outside viewing / dining deck with unobstructed views of the reef and the clubs anchorage, the Diani sandbar, affectionately known as Robinson Island, and the Indian ocean beyond.
The bar is open daily between 7am and 10pm, our warm, friendly and efficient staff will make your visit to the club a pleasure.
Clean toilets can be found at the rear of the main clubhouse. We also have disabled facilities with ramp access via the main entrance, toilet facilities as well as access to the upstairs Tight Lines bar.
The Hook, Line & Sinker Seafood Restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12noon – 2pm and evening meals from 6pm – 9pm. There is a small but delicious menu with club and bar meals available to suit the needs of all visitors to our club.
We have a Club Night every Thursday night offering our members the opportunity to socialise and real stories of catches and the inevitable “one that got away” and Kshs 2,500 meat packs available from the Club House to “braai” in our braai area.
The walls are adorned with an extensive collection of fish mounts and historical trophies and photographs displaying the fishing history of Kenya and the East African coast line. Something different for all the family to see.
We are affiliated with KASA and the IGFA and have an annual calendar of events covering a wide range of tournaments throughout the fishing season from the highly anticipated Kenya International Billfish Tournament fished by 250 anglers to the Annual Samaki Classic fished by around 100 anglers. Your catch is easily weighable from your boat at our weigh station and our experienced, friendly team of weigh masters will weigh your tournament winner or your World record catch with ease.
